These maps are the product of collaboration between the Royal Government of
Cambodia, specifically the Ministries of Planning, Education Youth and Sports,
Health, and the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM); the United
Nations World Food Programme Cambodia (WFP); the World Bank; and an American
company Measure DHS+ / ORC Macro which conducted the Cambodia Demographic and
Health Survey in 2000.
