About the
Food Security Forum (Council for Agricultural and Rural Development)

The Food Security Forum (FS Forum) was established in February 2003 by
the Council for Agricultural and Rural Development, in cooperation with WFP
Cambodia. It is co-chaired by HE Nouv Kanun (Secretary General, CARD),
Mr. Thomas Keusters (WFP Representative), and Mr. Tsukasa Kimoto (FAO representative). The purpose of the Food Security Forum, which meets monthly, is to promote information sharing and enhance coordination of strategies of a wide range of government, civil society and donor agencies working in the field of Food Security and Nutrition. The Food Security Forum receives technical support from the GTZ Food Security and Nutrition Policy Support Project.
