duration is produced with the source data from: Cambodia: MIKE11 Hydro-dynamic
model 2000 and Vietnam: VRSAP Hydo-dynamic model 2000, Field surveys 2000.
Estimated extent and duration for Cambodia and Viet nam Delta based on
Hydraulic model simulation with verification from field surveys,and Radarsat.
